Transparency and controls
Data handling
This is a practical overview of how SecretAIry handles workspace information. It is not a complete legal privacy notice or a contractual guarantee.
Workspace data
Organisation, committee, meeting, preparation, draft, action and approved-decision records are stored in the connected Supabase project. Access to tenant records is restricted to authenticated workspace members by database row-level security.
Meeting transcripts and AI drafting
When a transcript is submitted for draft minutes, SecretAIry sends it from the server to the configured AI provider together with meeting context. The resulting draft is returned for human review.
Newly created minutes drafts do not retain the raw transcript in the SecretAIry workspace database. The configured AI provider is a separate service, and its own processing or retention is governed by that provider and the account configuration used with it.
Older records created before this change may contain transcript text. SecretAIry does not silently delete those legacy records; deletion or migration of historical governance material should be a deliberate owner decision.
Human approval
AI output is a draft only. Decisions and actions become part of the governance record only after an authorised human reviews and explicitly approves the minutes.
Export and portability
Workspace owners can export the workspace data available to their organisation as a JSON file from Settings. Because an export is intended to be complete, it can include legacy transcript fields that still exist in older records.
Optional marketing analytics
SecretAIry can use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the public marketing homepage, including clicks, scrolling, and session replay. Clarity may process browser, device, usage and interaction information and set analytics cookies when a visitor explicitly allows it.
The Clarity tracking code is not loaded on the homepage unless you select “Allow analytics”. Choosing “No thanks” does not affect access to the website. Your choice is stored in your browser and may be changed using “Analytics preferences” in the homepage footer.
Clarity is limited to the public homepage. It is not installed on login, account registration, the public interactive demo, payment pages, or authenticated customer workspaces containing meeting records and member data. Microsoft operates Clarity as a separate service subject to its own privacy statement.
Payments and billing
SecretAIry has an integration prepared for Dodo Payments, but live customer charges are not yet enabled. Once activated, Dodo would host payment checkout and process billing information as a separate payment provider. We do not collect payment card details within SecretAIry.
